Immediately after fight with kidnappers, group comes running around the corner.
Armed with swords and axes, wearing leather armor, have shields with stylized torches painted as emblem.
Leader is 1/2 female, dark skinned and very petit. She forms her people in a line and demands party's surrender. She has about a dozen people backing her up. All look like experienced fighters.
Assuming the party acts true to form, a fight will brew. As things look to get out of hand, a human male in the group will stage whisper "Terrah, isn't that Adm. Moon's kid?"
The leader will look at Eliza again and lower her shield sword, motioning to her followers to do the same. She will announce, to the world at large "Politics. We'll overlook it this time." Then to the party "We're happy to take them off your hands for you. Lump it in with the garbage disposal we're doing for your mom."
The party is likely to refuse, and tensions will mount again.
As a fight is about to break out, Bumblibuck comes running around the other corner, accompanied by Klegas and a dozen others wearing Academy uniforms. Bumblibuck, somewhat winded, demands everyone stand down, is a little upset when he finds they already are.
Argument breaks out over who gets custody of the prisoners. Bumblibuck wins by pulling Grandmomma card. Tells them he has unofficial assurance from Adm. Tremaine that his Customs unit is going to be expanded to a town militia and he is going to be promoted to Commodore. Klegas confirms, says she was approached to train militia and was offered executive officer position, with a breveted Commander rank.
Bumblibuck's 'troops' look nervous but aren't backing down. Klegas will slyly point out the party has places to be and asks if they want to be late.
