Firewater Isle

Firewater Isle is a small volcanic cone being overrun by a coral atoll. The cone itself is approximately two miles across with walls which reach only 100 feet above the ocean's surface. The isle is a refuge run by a retired High Councelor of the Invisible Empire for Nire children orphaned by conflict.
