Description:

Upon casting this spell, the caster causes a vivid, fan-shaped spray of clashing colors to spring forth from their hand. One creature per infused Weave within the area is affected in order of increasing distance from the wizard. Blind or unseeing creatures, or creatures who make a successful POW check, are not affected by the spell.

Creatures who fail their POW checks suffer different effects depending on the caster's success. If the caster rolled a Normal success the target is stunned, leaving them reeling and rolling at 1R Disadvantage for one segment; casters who rolled a Hard success cause the targets to be blinded for 1d4 segments; casters who roll an Extreme success, victims are struck unconscious for 2d4 segments.
