Description:

This spell allows the caster to obfuscate the spoken words of a creature or written message. In either case, the caster must touch the creature or the writing.

Magical writing is not affected.

The reverse of this spell, Comprehend Languages, cancels a Confuse Languages spell and renders a writing or a creature's speech understandable.
