Description:
This spell creates a cloud of glittering golden particles within the area of effect. Those in the area must roll a successful saving throw vs. spell or are blinded, suffering a 20% penalty to attack rolls, Dodge skill checks, and POW checks (if vision would be a factor - Storyteller's discretion). In addition, all within the area are covered by the dust, which cannot be removed and continues to sparkle until it fades.
Note that this reveals invisible creatures. Victims who move out of the area of effect can clear their eyes in 1 segment by rinsing them with wine or water, or 2 segments by blinking furiously.
