Spinning rapidly in a circle like a dervish, the caster chants a Litany of Power that takes form in burning letters streaming from their outstretched hands which can dispel certain magic spells. All spells within earshot that are being maintained by an expenditure of POW must make an opposed POW roll versus the caster or be dispelled. In addition, beings that have been brought by means of a Call or Summon spell must make an opposed POW roll versus the caster or be forced back from whence they came.

Special: Casting Cost - Magic points equaling 20% of POW being used to maintain the spells the caster is attempting to dispel.
