Danya's Arm

The Arm is withered and aged. Once per round Danya can cast a Witch Bolt variant as a Ranged Spell Attack. The Bolt does 1d12 Necrotic damage in the form of aging the victim. The Witch Bolt forms a magical tether between the caster and the target, draining the victim 1d12 HP per round unless the victim succeeds in a DC 12 CON ST or the caster takes another action. The Arm has no effect on Undead but does affect Constructs.
