This spell allows a person to utilize spells stored in Attune Item. It requires a previously created attuned item to cast. When casting the caster holds the enchanted item and concentrates for one minute while imbuing the Attuned Item with magic points to power the spell. Each additional minute expended in the casting provides a +5% bonus on the casting roll. If cast upon another, the caster of the Activation spell must overcome the target in an opposed POW roll.
