Known For: Sergeant of Marines Freeburg cutter 'Bob.' Was a mercenary marine on a merchant ship which was sunk by pirates. She jumped overboard and floated on a wooden door till it landed on a desert island. She lost the door to the tides but but found sea turtles burying their eggs in the beach. Eating the eggs she shaveved off her beard with a dagger and tied her feet to a pair of turtles. Securing a small barrel to her chest with her pants she managed to 'ride' the strapped turtles toward a shipping lane where where she was found by a merchant trader. Unfortunately the sea water submersion had caused her leg wounds to putrify. Lacking a priest to heal the wounds the ship's surgeon was forced to amputate. BB acted as the ship's pilot after the first was lost in a storm and gained a reputation as a fearless pilot and skilled tactician.

Her fame grew to the point that the Pirate Commodore stopper her ship simply to extend a job offer. BB accepted on the spot, requierin her employer's ship be allowed to continue unmolested. BB piloted the "Eliza" for 10 years before 'retiring' to man Freeburg's cutter. Her crew is composed of sailors she has personally purchased and freed from Freeburg's Judicial Auction. They are devoted to her.

Dr. Kooq always has a small pack of deceased canines with him. He will regularly throw balls which he orders them to retrieve, summon snallygasters whom he will order his pack to attack, and occasionally have them pull him in a small chariot. For special occasions he will wear a top hat.

Runs Freeburg as her personal kingdom, having colluded with the Torchies to enslave the children and grandchildren of her opponents in the Council Of Commodores, holding their well-being hostage to their elder's support. Was enraged when Eliza and the Torchies both refused to submit their new territories to her overlordship. Is plotting to take over D'ri to expand empire and eliminate Eliza as possible political threat. Has undeclared war with Torchies of Lez'hor Chol but a working relationship with Torchies in Freeburg due to mutual interests. Has elevated husband to high political rank as Lord Commissioner Of The Admiralty, a position which purports to ensure the commodores and captains promoted by the admirals are qualified for their ranks. the Lord Commissioner is also the Speaker of the Council and therefore controls the agenda for the Council of Commodores following the tragic death of the previous Commodore of the Council during the Battle of Smoke and Darkness. In his position as Speaker XXXX is also responsible for the Freeburg Rangers, the island's Customs and Defence force, although daily operations are overseen by Cmdr. XXX Bramblibuck.
